Welcome to SocioMate. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SocioMate platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Users may have the ability to post, upload, or submit content to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant SocioMate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

SocioMate reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies or that we deem objectionable.

Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms of Use.
